MANDARINS

Mandarins are small, easy‑peeling citrus fruits with a bright orange color, sweet flavor, and low acidity. They are naturally rich in vitamin C and also provide fiber, potassium, and other minerals, making them a popular choice for fresh snacking and juice programs. Their thin skin and high juice content require careful handling and temperature control to preserve firmness, color, and shelf life during export.
