GREEN GRAPES
Green table grapes are crisp, juicy berries with a mild, refreshing sweetness and firm texture. They are naturally low in fat and provide vitamins such as vitamin C and vitamin K, along with potassium and antioxidants that make them popular for fresh snacking and retail programs. Because grapes are sensitive to temperature and dehydration, rapid cooling and a continuous cold chain are essential to maintain bloom, firmness, and shelf life during export.
