POMEGRANATES
Pomegranates are round fruits with a thick, reddish skin and hundreds of juicy arils inside, valued for their sweet‑tart flavor and deep color. They are naturally rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, fiber, and polyphenol antioxidants, which makes them popular for fresh consumption as well as juicing and processing. Despite their tough appearance, pomegranates are sensitive to dehydration and temperature changes, so proper cooling, ventilation, and a stable cold chain are essential for export quality.
